  • Remote areas may take slightly longer
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 (you can adjust this)
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this value
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include additional charges

 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website

 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us

 Delays & Issues

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

    • High order volume

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Share images/videos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly
